i received an upgrade to a better room. the portions were generous, and the selection was wide with delicious food. the staff is friendly, and the territory is big and cozy.
guests were excessively loud late at night, around 1 am, being intoxicated and smoking near my room!

lovely resort

the grounds is large and so great for walking. i found few other guests during low season. it were lucky that they had youtube available on tv. reception staff are very helpful with any request. lisa were really good.
i couldn't get in my room till 8pm then i still waited for my extra bed till 9pm.

the buffet breakfast were nice with various choices. i saw good hygiene practices at the restaurant, so it secure hotel. i enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients used.

the pools look great and were well kept. hot springs offer a relaxing experience, and the water felt clean. the resort are surrounded by lovely scenery.

The resort has a large territory good for walking around. I liked that the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful .
Breakfast service starts late. I saw it was scheduled for 6:30 AM, but the full breakfast was not ready until around 8:00 AM. there is a crazy dog living at the resort, it jumped at people and bit one guest.

Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

I enjoyed direct access to the pool from my room, very convenient. The bed in my villa was comfortable, allowing me a restful sleep. The restaurant's new menu with local cuisine was also a highlight, because it offered tasty dishes.
Getting a drink in a timely manner was challenging at times. I had to wait longer than expected, it was frustrating when I was thirsty.

The villa had a spa bath with naturally heated spring water connected directly to the room. This provided a unique and relaxing experience. The room was super clean, it was luxurious.
